Abstract

ABSTRAK
Anak Sekolah Dasar merupakan usia sekolah yang biasanya mempunyai aktivitas yang tinggi, baik dalam kegiatan belajar maupun dalam kegiatan bermain atau kegiatan lainnya. Selain itu juga masa pertumbuhan yang pesat dan membutuhkan zat gizi yang tinggi. Namun pada masa ini timbul masalah dalam kebiasaan makan seperti tidak sempatnya sarapan pagi karena takut terlambat kesekolah sehingga menyebabkan menurunnya konsentrasi belajar yang mengakibatkan prestasi belajar menurun dan aktifitas Penelitian ini memili desain penelitianCross Sectional. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang diisi oleh anak kelas 1 dan orang tua dengan dibantu dua guru kelas sedangkan pengumpulan data untuk pengukuran berat badan dilakukan dengan menggunakan microtois dan mengukur berat badan dengan Bathroom Scale. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 126 responden menjadi 56 responden.Pengumpulan data dilakukan pada juni - Juli 2017. Dari hasil pengolahan data didapatkan bahwa analisa univariat menunjukan bahwa anak yang berstatus gizi baik adalah sebanyak anak yang berumur tahun sebanyak kebiasaan makan baik kali sebanyak 60,7%, tingkat pendidikan orang tua (pendidikan rendah, SD-SMP) sebesar 61,8%, pada pekerjaan orang tuayang tidak bekera sebanyak untuk edaatan orang tua uta sebanyak ari variabel yang diteliti dan dilakukan uji statistih, hanya 3 variabel yang memiliki hubungan dengan status gizi anak SDN Waliwis I yaitu umur( pV= 0,009),kebiasaan makan ( pV = 0,015),pendidikan(pV= 0,012). Dari hasil penelitian ini diharapkan pihak sekolah melakukan penyuluhan secara berkelanjutan dari guru sekolah untuk anak sekolah tentang pentingnya status gizi anak dan perlunya kecukupan gizi yang baik. ABSTRACT
Primary school children are school age who usually have a high activity, both in learning activities or in play activities or other activities. It is also a period of rapid growth and requires a high nutrient. But in this period of problems arise in eating habits such as not having breakfast for fear of late school so that leads to decreased concentration of learning which resulted in decreased learning achievement and Cross Sectional activities that are descriptive analytic. The data were collected by using questionnaires filled with grade 1 and parents with the help of two class teachers while data collection for weight measurement was done using microtois and weight measurement with Bathroom Scale. The sample of this research is 126 respondents to 56 respondents. Data collection was conducted on June - July 2017. Data were analyzed by computerization. Dependent variables studied were nutritional status of children, independent variable that is characteristic of children (eating habits) and characteristic of parent (parent education, mother job, parent income). Bivariate analysis with dependent variable is SDN Waliwis I and independent varianarial characteristic of children (eating habits), and characteristics of parents (parent education, mother job, parent income). From the data processing, it was found that univariate analysis showed that children with good nutritional status were 39.3%, children> 6 years old were 28.4%, good eating habits (≥3 times) as much as 60.7%, education level parents (low education, primary and junior high) 61,8%, 79,4% for elderly worker who did not work for parents (≤ 2,6 million) as much as 76,5%. Of the variables studied and tested statistih, only 3 variables that have a relationship with nutritional status of children SDN Waliwis I age (pV = 0,009), eating habits (pV = 0,015), education (pV = 0,012).
From the results of this study is expected the school to conduct continuous counseling from school teachers to school children about the importance of nutritional status of children and the need for adequate nutritional adequacy.
