Abstract

ABSTRAK

 

Latar Belakang: Angka Unmet Need KB yang tinggi menjadi penyebab tingginya Total Fertility Rate (TFR) dan kehamilan tidak diinginkan (unwanted pregnancy). Beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhinya yaitu umur, pengetahuan, persepsi, dukungan keluarga dan manajemen pelayanan. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui analisis faktor yang berhubungan dengan kejadian Unmet Need KB Pada Masa Pandemi Covid - 19 di BPM E Kecamatan Cibinong Bogor Tahun 2021. Metode penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analitik kuantitatif dengan rancangan cross sectional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah Pasangan Usia Subur (PUS) di BPM E Kecamatan Cibinong Bogor terhitung dari bulan Maret-Agustus 2021 berjumlah 180 responden dengan teknik simple random sampling. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner. Data merupakan data primer dianalisis menggunakan uji uji chi square. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara umur (p = 0,000), pengetahuan (p = 0,000), persepsi (p = 0,000), dukungan suami (p = 0,000) dan manajemen pelaynanan KB (p = 0,000) dengan kejadian Unmet Need KB pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Kesimpulan penelitian ini yaitu umur ibu berpeluang tinggi terhadap kejadian Unmet Need KB pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Saran untuk tempat penelitian diharapkan ibu dapat meningkatkan pengetahuannya tentang batas usia masa subur sehingga tidak terjadi kesalahpahaman mengenai waktu berhentinya menggunakan alat kontrasepsi dan dapat meningkatkan motivasi ibu untuk menggunakan alat kontrasepsi agar dapat mencegah kehamilan yang akan membawa dampak terhadap kondisi kesehatan ibu.

Background: The high Unmet Need for Family Planning is the cause of the high Total Fertility Rate (TFR) and unwanted pregnancies. Several factors that influence it are age, knowledge, perception, family support and service management. The purpose of the study was to determine the analysis of factors related to the occurrence of Unmet Need for Family Planning during the Covid-19 Pandemic at BPM E, Cibinong District, Bogor in 2021. Methods: This research is a quantitative analytic study with a cross sectional design. The sample in this study was Couples of Childbearing Age (PUS) at BPM E, Cibinong District, Bogor, starting from March-August 2021, totaling 180 respondents using simple random sampling technique. The research instrument used a questionnaire. Data is primary data analyzed using chi square test Result: The study found that there was a significant relationship between age (p = 0.000), knowledge (p = 0.000), perception (p = 0.000), husband's support (p = 0.000) and family planning service management (p = 0.000) with the incidence of Unmet Need for Family Planning. during the Covid-19 pandemic. The conclusion this study, the age of the mother has a high chance of the occurrence of Unmet Need for Family Planning during the Covid-19 pandemic. Suggestions for the research site, it is hoped that mothers can increase their knowledge about the age limit for the fertile period so that there are no misunderstandings about the time to stop using contraceptives and can increase the motivation of mothers to use contraceptives in order to prevent pregnancy which will have an impact on the mother's health condition.
